The Approach
I designed voter engagement campaigns focused on relational organizing rather than transactional door knocking. We hired and trained 10 canvassers from the communities we were trying to reach. We built partnerships with 5 local organizations that already had community trust. Instead of scripts, we trained people to have real conversations about what mattered to voters.
